Golden and seized ;

I still remember posting this 4 years ago at Facebook.

Fast forward 3 years later....

I found an opportunity...
A great opportunity that appears just perfectly right in time..
seized it before it silently went away...

and ...

here

are

the

OUTCOMES!

:D

A huge thank you to Ray for borrowing me his precious camera and lenses (D5100, 50mm and basic kit lens) in order for these to be produced! :D

Endless gratitude to Kah Heng and Chia Yen for joining this mini adventure, and for saying YES to my humble request! They are both very sporting and supportive to my idea and request, so tolerating, so humble and very kind people! :))

...
The moment when they approached me to snap a photo of them during a graduation ceremony, that was the time I knew that they are the first couple that I'm gonna approach when it comes to doing my first couple photoshoot!

There was a lot of give and take during the process, I almost thought that the plan was about to fail since we were all busy with our respective things. But phew, thank God, the plan worked and we all had a great time!

On the day of photoshoot, the weather was kind of not convincing enough for a photo taking session. It was the hazy season, btw (October 2015). We were hoping for a beautiful sun to set that evening, unfortunately it went on drizzling-raining in between the shoot, and we all had to endure it by sheltering ourselves under a huge tree while waiting for the rain to stop. Nevertheless, I did manage to snap some good photos which I hope both of them like love it! :))

Thank you so much for realizing my little dream, you two. It means so much to me, you can't even tell how many times I thank God for this golden golden opportunity.
Thank you for contributing ideas and give me suggestions, enriching my experience and ideas. Thanks to both of you for understanding and tolerating my slow speed in snapping photos, my busy schedule and delay in editing those photos. I had a wonderful time getting to know more about you two, your love story and your individual thoughts!

It was once in a lifetime opportunity, I must say. If there's such a great chance again, I am definitely 100%ly going to say yes to snapping pictures of both of you in the near future. A better and more creative set of pictures, I pinky promise!
(That's if you guys want me to be your photog again, hehe)

Anyways, it was such a great pleasure working and interacting with you two :)
Stay sweet and lovely!

Cheerio.

31 December 2015

What have you done in 2015?

A : 2015 has been such a wonderful and memorable year! Thanks to everyone who was there by my side through my ups and downs!

B : 2015 is ending, 2016 is starting. Happy new year, guys! Hoping for a better 2016 :)

C : 2015 has been great! Counting down the arrival of new year with loved ones.

Yada, yada, yada.

Seriously, what have you done in 2015?
My first answer to that question is,
I don't know.

It's either that I don't have time to really think about it or I just have too many things (to be precise, assignments) to think about, my first answer is i don't know.

It's funny when I said I don't know, I went to scroll back my photo albums in my phones and memories flashed back just like rewinding a videotape. How could I even answered I don't know in the first place I seriously need to give a knock on my head. #facewithtearsofjoy

2015 ;

It's (I would say) a self discovery year for me.
I realized that when I am completing tasks, I tend to focus one at a time and the outcome is always deserves a thumbs up! In another word, I suck at multitasking nao. #lulz

It's just that.. let say for example I have 3 weeks of break, I wouldn't spend my day one to watch a movie, day two to read a book, day three to travel, day four to read another book, day five to watch a movie - do you get what I mean?

I would rather spend day one to four travelling, the following few days movie marathon and the subsequent days reading like there's no tomorrow. Idk why I feel more accomplished that way. :)
......
Secondly,

"You take time to be confident."

Pretty true. That's what my friend told me during a recent 'strength-and-weakness-truth' sharing session. Frankly speaking, I am not confident when I encounter something oddly new. But once I get the 'jeez' of it, I can swipe it like 'hell yeah'.
And if there's something that I need to learn, that would be this :

"Face the odds with courage, dear self. Go to the edge of the unknown and take the first step. Don't bother yourself with what's going to happen in the end. Go on make beautiful mistakes and don't be afraid of uncertainty!"

3.
My communication skills was not bad (so I thought), as compared to other skills that I have, my communication is considered one of the top. But scratch that, after I had being posted to ICU, my thoughts changed.

Your skills is really tested when you're communicating with patients on ventilator, I tell you. They can be responsive, semi responsive or non responsive! Not to mention, communicating with family members of the ICU patients (who are upset, grieving) can be quite a challenge as well.

Hence,

"Don't ever ever say you're good at communicating until you can communicate with people who are less able to communicate with you."
Never be too proud. That's what I told myself.

....
Actually 2015 passed quicker than I thought. Sometimes I do think that I actually sleep more than I have achieved anything this year. Truth to be told, I actually sleep a lot! Especially during my current posting. Time spent on sleeping is more compared to time spent on assignments and google-searching, tsk tsk. OR maybe cuz' I was too overwhelmed overtired by the amount of assignments given. Not trying to comfort myself but it's true! 21 assignments to be completed plus 3 clinical assessments in 12 weeks, I just need someone to help me spell i-n-s-a-n-e!

Well, by hearing the number of assignments itself, it's impossible for me not to sleep (rest) more for a better energized brain :p Heh, heh.

Ok let's ditch this aside and let's see some list of achievements, thankful for(s), and hope(s) this year, shall we? :))

Achievements :
1) a small medal for IMU CUP 2015 Photography competition.
Don't even ask me why is this in included in imu cup, I am curious too. Haha thanks for the well wishes and my work's recognition. I appreciate that lots. :)
Also attempted more sports photography and people photography this year. #yays

2) being an emcee although I rejected the offer at first.
You have no idea how many times I shivered (but always act cool) for this. Thanks to my partner in crime, we nailed it together! :D

3) Caught 3 out of 9 maggots from a fungating wound.
YES. THIS IZZ DEFINITELY AN ACHIEVEMENT BECAUSE maggots is just one of the shit-iest creature that can make my hair stand and run but I still can squat and caught those maggots steadily from the ulcer and what not, I am proud of myself for a few minutes THAT DAY haha

4) Tolerance towards chilli and spicy food has reduced (a lil')
Hehe, thanks to my batchmates for the first and ever Uncle Jang meal!
Ever since then, I love adding a little of chilli on my food whenever I eat. I can still vividly remember my hot and extremely red face after each spicy meal. But no doubt, the syiokness is there! :)

5) Reading challenge : 12/12 Accomplished!
Woohoo *throws confetti* Favourite book goes to Safe Haven! Followed by Jane's Melody :)
On another note, my reading speed has improved! #yays

6) Good results
Hard work does paid off. Thank you so much for the encouragement, dear you(s) :)

7) Attempt in connecting with people randomly (street-tog)
Yep. Still remembers how I approached people with a bunch of friends, talked to them with no fear, making friends randomly etc. This idea inspired me to create an album called, "Through People's Stories" and go check it out at Facebook if you haven't.

8) Top 100 finisher (woman category) for nottingham run and imu chariofare
10 km only. Need to improve on timing and determination neways. Wanted to join Standard Chartered run (21 km) but didn't get to register. On a positive note, the run was cancelled due to haze.
I knew it. It's giving me another chance next year, teeheee

9) First time exposure : gravity, snorkeling.
Gravity as in the name of a 'clubbing' place. Not the science 'gravity'. I went once with two of my friends after photographed for uni's prom 2015. Went once, never want to enter again. Hahaha.
And snorkeling! I don't know how to swim, the idea of immersing my face in the water is enough scary! But I'm thankful for the uncle's help. He was there all along when I tried to snorkel #facewithtearsofjoy

Thankful for :

-contribute more, spread more love, expand #happinessproject!
-more adventures, more new attempts, (step out of the comfort zone) more courage.

Most importantly, always hold on to hope when things go wrong. Be extremely strong and positive for whatever that might be faced. And be kind everyday :)

You see, I have always thought I have nothing to say, but look at the amount of paragraphs I have vomitted! Hahaha thanks to instagram, a place where I document my life (almost) daily (if not, weekly). I am just summing my 365 days from there in one blog post.

Alright, guys. Thanks for reading again.
Continue reading and anticipating if you lurve my posts! (I highly doubt that :b)
Anyway,

Happy 2016, uolls!

Have a blessed, wonderful, memorable and a great 366 days ahead :)
Paint your pages with beautiful colours!

Gratitude ;

Good news today!

My patient is discharged with her baby girl just this afternoon :) #cheers

.......
Being able to nurse this patient is definitely a golden opportunity for me and my learning experience. Two weeks ago, she was diagnosed with Extended Breech in which she was supposed to do ECV (External Cephalic Version) in the ward initially but baby girl inside the tummy decided to descend a stage further to mummy's pelvic hence the plan for ECV failed.

Mummy's diagnosis was changed to Engaged Breech and she was planned for Caesarian section instead. Feeling all nervous as this was her first time having her baby sitting on her pelvic bone rather than the other way around, she can't stop thinking how did it happen and how C-section is gonna be. Albeit feeling anxious, she was willing to answer my strings of questions and was kind enough to give me her permission to do physical examination on her with my tutor. :) #gratitude

The abdominal palpation experience was sure an interesting one. Imagine a baby sitting on a pelvic bone with her lower limbs extended up to mummy's left abdomen and her upper limbs are probably hugging her own self, finding her comfort zone while she lies comfortably under mummy's tummy.
Baby's tiny lower limbs were easily felt that day. Her fetal heart rate was the best thing I ever heard and it was so loud and clear :')

A day after, which was the day she needed to go for C-section, mummy's hubby was finally here to give his best moral support! I know that mummy looked calm on the outside but deep down, she felt nervous as hell. You really can tell by the look of it. Hubby was equally anxious as the wife, needless to say as this can considered as one of the major operations for both of them and also for the little baby who was coming out soon.

As we pushed the stretcher to the general operating theatre, hubby was holding his wife's hands, walking along with the moving stretcher while holding his bag with another hand.

Upon reaching the entrance of the reception bay, one of the staff nurses announced,

"Alright. Both of you can wave goodbye here. Kiss or hug, do whatever you need!" in a joking way.

All of us were stunned for a while and then staff nurse corrected,
"Urmm I meant kiss each other's hands y'know.....", understanding our stunned expression and all of us laughed.

Mummy kissed her hubby's hands, in the meantime giving apology, and the husband did the same.
#thatlovingandsweetmoment
While ticking away the peri-operative checklist in the reception bay, O.T. staff nurse asked,

"So what is the operation that you're going to do today, mummy?"
"Operation of extracting my baby out, nurse." saying it in a darn cool tone.

Everybody laughed again.

I'm amazed by how positive she was at that moment, who still can cracked jokes although she must be feeling extremely jittery inside. I was glad to see her being so optimistic. :)) I prayed hard, for a sucessful operation, for her and her baby girl's safety and health.

As she was wheeled into the room, she sent goodbye kissed to all of us, especially to her husband who was waiting anxiously outside. Every time the door is opened, he would jumped out of his seat to ask about his wife, etc. To be frank, I have never seen anybody (especially husband) so nervous like him (only in movies) but I find it utterly sweet when he constantly asked about his wife although he was acting like he was the one who undergoing the operation but in fact he was just feeling as equally nervous as the wife.
I don't know why but I find #thissolovingandsweet <3

On the following day, I was told that a 2.5 kg baby girl was successfully taken out from mummy's tummy which both mummy and baby girl are safe and sound. #sooooglad
Unfortunately, baby was sent to special care nursery due to hypoglycemia :(
Thankfully, mummy appeared cheerful although baby was not by her side for her to breastfeed.

On the 4th day, baby girl was finally discharged from SCN and admitted to the ward! #woohoo
I did top and tail for her today with the help of my friend. :) Baby girl is sho sho sho cute :> She did not cry a lot when I was cleaning her, just a little wailing when her cord was cleaned using surgical spirit. Haha, otherwise she was all good and well.... cute :>

Since baby girl passed urine and motion, she and her mummy were allowed to discharge! #yays
So I went to talk to her before she was prepared to go back home. We had a little chat about the whole process, from her being admitted to the ward, to C-section, to today, which she was going to discharged with her precious second child.

She said,

"The operation was quite quick for me. I went in at 12.30pm and came out to the recovery room at 1.45pm. As soon as I was wheeled out from the operating theatre, my husband was relief to see me and our daughter, and good god, he paid more attention to our daughter than me! He can't stop saying how cute our daughter is. Hmmph!"

I grinned for her little complain, yet I find it so sweet, the relationship between all of them. :))

I told her about how her husband went so anxious and worried about her and the baby when she was wheeled into the operating room. Upon hearing, she was touched and thanked God for everything -her husband, her successful C-section, her daughter, etc.

She continued,

"Along the process, I want to thank YOU, girl for always helping me throughout, asking about my concerns and my well being. You are very helpful, hardworking (to ask questions), polite and patient. Please keep it up! Being patient is definitely a golden value that will bring you far in life. Whatever you do, even if you get scolded by anyone, always be patient. Because by being patient, you will be able to go through all the hardships, and the outcome will always be good in the end."

"So thank you, again girl. I appreciate all your kindness and help all this while. I will always pray for your success in your future endeavors. Good luck to you and don't forget to be kind to everyone you meet!"

....
I was beyond thankful for what she said to me. When I was doing what I should be doing, helping people with all I can, with my skills and ability (which to be completely honest), I wasn't hoping for any compliments nor expecting any kind comments like this.

But having a patient that I nursed from the day I started to work at antenatal/postnatal since Monday until today, seeing the whole process of her from still having her baby bump with a breech presentation to wheeling her to O.T. for C-section to seeing her again at the ward with a compressed stomach and then to the day when she is completely discharged (today), it just feels wonderful. I definitely feel accomplished not by what she said, but being able to nurse her from the beginning until the end.
Y'know the feeling when she wants nobody else but me when it comes to helping and nursing her? I am definitely feeling very privileged and I guess what makes me very glad is that she trusts me. :))

This mummy is thankful for all my assistance and help but you know what, mummy?
Thank YOU for giving me the opportunity, chances, and most importantly, TRUST.
I will always pray for you and your family's well being and if fate permits, we'll definitely meet again. :)

I can't promise (you, mummy) but I'll try to drop by at your Apom Balik's stall (opposite BSN at S2) if I happened to be around the area :D
....................

"Always think positive, girl. Be patient and you'll definitely go far in life."

This is definitely an experience that I am going to remember for a long time. :)

P/S : This is not a bragging/show off post. Rather, I want to be reminded that this is the reason why I still hold into nursing and how it gives me so much satisfaction and accomplishment by simple little things you do to people.
PP/S : I'm glad. I'm really really glad that I chose this. I don't really hope for my posting to end this soon, honestly speaking. Gonna treasure the rest of the days. :))

13 August 2015

Keep going, you are not there yet.

Looking at my goddamn results and I want to look at them every day until I graduate.
I want to look at them until they become my daily motivation to work even harder than before. Although you have personally achieved your target, that target dear self is only part of your main goal. Two more donkey years to go, make sure you utilize the time well to excel, at the same time have the best time of your life :)

Keep going, keep pushing yourself, keep doing your best!
Received congratulatory wishes here and there from dear ones. I am undoubtedly grateful. Thank you so much, my dear support system!

Indeed the thought,

"Aim high, achieve higher!" :)

Happy Thursday, everyone!

P/S : I might look cool by typing the few paragraphs above, but actually..Iamsodyinglyhappyinsidefeelslikerewardingmyselfalldayallnight! Afterall, this deserves some small celebration, isn't it? :)
PP/S : Okay, keep cool pk. Work harder and you'll deserve better celebration after that :))

16 September 2013

Feeling Empty..

out of a sudden, out of no where. And I don't know why.
Whatsapp is being silent. Starting to ignore 'expect nothing in return' again. Disapproval, discouragement. 'Cuci tahi' imagination. Future hectic life. Opportunities. Go against the rules. Always ask. Be initiative and brave.
Maybe too much things being stucked in my head.

This morning, I met up with a super senior of mine, who was an ex-Convent, who had just graduated from IMU, studied the same course as I'm gonna study. Basically she passed me seven useful text/reference books to me, two sold-whereas five for free. All of 'em are pretty thick, which kind of made me swallow my saliva for a few times like.... holy, how am I gonna consume all these??

"These two (thickest) books are great for reference and assignments. You don't swallow them all."

Oh, phew!
Many many years ago, I believed that reading everything in the reference book could help me to pass the exam with flying colours, because not only I get to study things that normal textbook already had but I also get to study extra facts that can help me to answer better in exam okay what kind of mentality was that, sound so kiasu, LOL anyway that was last time...

"Don't pressure yourself. Personally, I'm not those kind of people who memorised everything, reading those facts like a mantra.. oh no"

True. Even if you have all the theories and knowledge in your finger tips yet you couldn't practise it in real life, it's still a waste of time memorising every single shit. I'll try my very best to not be a pressure cooker but to enjoy every single thing I am gonna learn. Time management plays an important role here.

"C.I (Clinical instructor) is very very important. You must get a good one in order to learn better. Ms. C and Ms. T are good. Whereas Ms M.J. is..... (yawns) hahaha

People have typical mindset that having this job means 'cuci tahi' and everything like that. Well it's true when they say that but being a n isn't just about doing that. Nope, not at all. There are a lot of other stuff that you will find yourself enjoy doing.

Be polite and humble. Whenever you meet the staff, GREET them, introduce yourself. You won't know that they might be helping you in the future but never expect anything. Some of 'em may be a lil' bit arrogant seeing you as a degree student, asking you to back off and learn yourself..... back to the point.. -be polite and humble. :) Always ask (staff n, doctors, dieticians, pharmacist, whoever), no matter what don't wait. If your C.I (Clinical Instructor) is not gonna be there anytime soon, how long are you going to wait? I always (sneaky laughs) offer to lend a hand and at the same time, (sneakily try) learning the procedures from other staff.n (grabbing the opportunity) in order to get to know more. That's how you actually learn. So volunteer to help, to assist, to get extra knowledge, to LEARN for yourself. Grab as much opportunity as you can, especially during the days of clinical posting.. because once those precious time are gone they will never come back. Try to learn as much as possible! :)

Another thing to note is that don't take things too personally. You'll get lots of rants, scoldings, and negative feedbacks. Take the rants positively, LISTEN - never reply back, as in let the rants flow from your left ear to your right. After that, release yourself from whatever they say and don't let that affect you emotionally. How did you actually cope with that?, I asked. Well, I did not mix them together. Work and my life are two different things so I usually enjoy myself after each clinical posting/work!

The more mistakes you make, the more things you learn. Always remember that. So never ever afraid of making mistakes. Just go ahead and make as much mistakes as possible! *laughs jokingly*

Communicate. Initiative. Brave. These three things if you can grasp in hand, you'll be good. Communication is very important especially with the patients. Did you know that it's an enjoyment to be able to listen to the patients' stories and get to know more about something that you can't read elsewhere? Even if they rant to you, be a good listener. I think it shouldn't be a problem for you as you come from a Convent background *grins - if you have a good language that is. Haha that's one of the benefits- to create a good interaction with the patients will make you feel so much better while you're at work. While being initiative will help you a lot. Do bear in mind that no one will be there to OFFER you any free knowledge or help unless you ask (politely) for it. Anddddddddddd you must be brave. Be brave to volunteer, be brave to face any situations."

We actually sat at Starbucks and talked for 5 god damn HOURS (non-stop). She did the most talking (good to the hell god) I actually didn't realise it was already 3.47pm by the time we stopped our conversation. Oh shit, she muttered. Hahaha we kind of skipped our lunch without realisation :B Meh, guess we blended quite well as we came from the same high school, so we can chatter about a lot of common topics :D

Seriously, with all my honesty, THANK YOU, Christine. Thank you very very much for sharing your stories and experiences to me. From each and every word you have spoken, I understand you better and know what to expect in my future journey and get to know what kind of person you are. Outgoing person who doesn't believe in study blindly hard but smart and someone whom I should a lot from. :) I appreciate all your offer and help since the beginning I started to approach you. It is a form of empowerment, as you said.

We should encourage people to do better, not demotivate them - which something that I am very agree with. I'll take advices that you have given all in my mind and heart. Thank you, for the books and the guidance. I'll make my parents, my peers, my teachers, and you, my super senior - proud. :)

You said the journey has changed your life and I hope it will change mine too - soon enough!

These written messages are meant to be your reminder, self. Read back whenever you feel something below than zero.

This perfectly describes the mixture of feelings which is currently hidden in mind.

...
It's amazing how people could be so optimistic in such a frustrating, heart-breaking situation. The never give up and this is not the end yet -spirits somehow raised my optimum level of #oomphness back. Thanks to you, you, you, you, anddddd YOU for the endless advices, also the motivating sayings such as :

A powerful optimism is needed in handling stress moments especially in studies. Just keep going and never allow the sadness to swallow you up. Never compare with others ; prove to yourself that you can do way better. Always believe in yourself.

I appreciate all the moving words said above, please (if you're reading this), accept my countless thank you(s). These positive thinking people really make my day. :)

Heck yeah.
I guess this is what everybody should learn ;

When you're facing a tough situation in life, gather all the optimism and fight back.

26 February 2012

Every ending has a new beginning ;

This photo did not startle you, I hope?

Oh HEYYYYYY readers!

You know this is my belated-pending-delayed post.
right?

RIGHT?

:P

This will be another long post, I would love to warn you.
If you're bored, you may read.
If not, you know what to do. :P

9 FEBRUARY

Had a pre-big-day celebration with ze classmates at Festival City, situated at Genting Kelang, which is not far away from college if you take a RapidKL bus. Approximately 10 minutes, at least?
For sure, we didn't plan to celebrate my birthday alone (totally no-no) but it was a combined birthday celebration for January-February-March babies-birthday-people (in our class).

Since it was the last day of our test four, everyone eventually agreed to have dinner together to ..

relax,
I suppose?

Gees. Out of 27 human beings in my class, 18 were present! Not full but half of the population came! :)
So we left CITC to the restaurant as a small group by RapidKL bus as some of them had already reached there before us. Eighteen of us were separated into two long tables, waiting for the arrival of our food (respective set of steamboat) hungrily. While eating, we (my row of table) talked-so-loud like crazehh.

We joked.
We giggled.
We laughed randomly.
We teased each other.
We almost screamed!
xD

On the other way round, the another row of my classmates were happily enjoying their meal (a little bit too quiet) with only some soft talk unlike US? xD
Mehh.
Although we were the moist noisy group, we hade fun, nonetheless! :) Fun-talking-laughing-joking-session we had there. :]

Left : The 19th year old people! :)
Right :  (Khim, Shinyee, Siewhui) :)

-Cut cake.
-Sang birthday song.
-Funny moment when Abel sang :

(birthday song third line)
Happy BIRTHDAY! to *inhale*
Yogesshinyeejeesinpeikhimtoongyuen *inhale* and ah Chai.
Everybody :
Happy Birthday to youuuuu!

XD

Blurrrrrrrrrrr :(

It was a great day with you guys anyway.
x)

9 FEBRUARY
Two hours before 12am
1) Jotting down things that people have done for me. :)
2) Listening to country songs
3) Refreshing back memories of being an 8teen.
4) Received the FIRSSSSST birthday wish from Aussie cousin > JUSTINE! :D
5) Roommate bought me a small green-tea-cake. :O (omg, thank you!)
 6) Mama-Jiejie called at 11.58am :O

10 FEBRUARY

-Facebook was spammed with birthday wishes.
-Birthday call was queue-ing when I was in the phone with mum.
-Birthday texts came in one by one.
-Birthday tweets were accumulating as well.

-Kelly-Jeesin-Cue Ting- Chernvern (hostel buddies) were standing outside wishing me out loud (when I was STILL on the phone with mum, lol). They handed me a pack of candies. <3

-Returned call and listened to one of the best birthday song ever!
(sang by my close friend) :D

-Chit-chat with 3 girls (YQ, SH, YL) in one phone. :)

-Before sleep, I spotted a tagged birthday gift, (a photo of me and dearly sister > Pei Yie) <33

Her efforts, her thoughts, her sweetness > :')
Love you, babe!

MORNING :

- The sky with the sea of fluffy beautiful clouds amazed me.
-Smiling
-Reached class. Almost everybody wished! lol
-Replied thank you(s) and self-wished at 8.55am (it was supposed to be at 8.43am blehh).

-While I was on my way back to DK, Carmen (orientation friend) startled me with a birthday shoutout (scream?) lololol
-Literally hugged her after that. ;)
-Suprisingly received a gift from Rui You after that. :)
-In the DK, Pei Yie (sister) passed me a handmade bracelet. :O

-Was suprised, once again. ;')

Days before :
Khim, what's your favourite colour? :D
I don't know. Why? :P
Tell! Please tell. :(
Nehh I don't know. Why?? :P
Tell lah. Don't be so evil.
Hahahaha :P

She found out herself at last. That was why the bracelet is orange in colour. :)
<3

-At canteen two, I was about to order my lunch.
But while replying my high school friends' text messages,
Chai Siew Hui stopped me. o_O?
She.. .. ..
said

"PK PK! This is for you!
*handed me a box of self-cooked-lunch*"

I..(shocked)
(speechless)
(don't know what to react)
(shocked)

YQ : PK! Faster cry, faster cry!

I.. (face was red)
(cover face)
(photos were being snapped by YQ)

oh, well.

Mannn.
It was soooooooooo unexpected to receive a gift like that.
GAHHHHH :')
Chai Siew Hui, your suprise plan SUCCEED! *cheers for you

Behind the scene :
(HEHE :P )

Chai Siew Hui, the girl above,
planned this for a long time without my knowledge.
I thought she was just joking when she offered to cook a set of  lunch for me during my birthday as I shamelessly requested her to do so on January. :P
Well, I was just joking, you know.
I only received a birthday text from her the day before my big day,
so I didn't expect anything from her,
actually.

But god knows.
This evil little girl had plans set already in her mind. Tsk tsk.
Still, thank-you so much for the lunch (mayonaise-egg-tuna-bread), Siew Hui.

I lololololololololove it!
<3

-Nothing happened during GP. (Phew! Thankfully~ :) )
-Had a replacement class for Pure Maths. :(
-Reached DK 2 and was finding for seats.
-Four A-class boys were trying to sing a song but I stopped them. (lol)
-Wai Luen passed me a beverage -Hot Chocolate(?) from Starbucks.
-Treated by both WL and YW.
(astounded)
- Rejected because I can't take it. I simply can't. :(
-Being threatened :( and received the beverage at last. D:
-I..
I was grateful.

Thank you, guys.

-YQ whispered something to Mr. Lee SC -______-
-Sensed something wrong. Grrrrr.
-Before the class ended, everybody (in the DK) sang.
- ( god )
- Can't stop being thankful.

Thanks a lot, people! :)
xx

(Imma kill YQ silently one day.)
*smirks

From left : Xianghui, Wailuen, Yangwei and YoongKwong. :)

"Xie xie ni men." :)

Favourite photo of the day! :D
(Look! Both of us were in orange :D)

THENNNN!
*breathe in, breathe out*
I rushed back to hostel to leave my heavy school bag alone.
We- moi, WJ and YW took the LRT, heading to KLCC to our dinner destination at Pavillion. :)

As usual, all the crazy conversation never ends when it comes to three of us who do the talking. :P
YQ will be busy snapping photos,
whereas
ME and Weijan
will be talking-teasing her,
like
no one's business.

xD
XD!

So our dinner was at..
ICHIBAN BOSHI
(located at the lowest floor of the building)
I ordered myself a bowl of noodle with the hard-boiled-egg-seaweed-chicken-meat-on-top.
Sorry, I am bad in remembering the names of the food :P
My Chinese birthday (according to the Chinese calendar) falls on the same day AS WELL. (coincidence huh?)
Mum said, it's better to eat a hard-boiled-egg or simply misoa,
just as a symbol of luck.
So I did. :)

Letting her listen to some recordings. :)
Before 8, Wailuen joined us (the girl's talk). He's the one who did the laughing most of the time, as we talked.

-Walked back to KLCC, heading to Charlie Brown, for dessert (?)

A pretty cute restaurant with many Snoopy merchandise! :D

It was nine o'clock.
We were the last few customers who still landed our ass there, talking and joking.
Hahaha.
In a short while later,
YQ passed me something.

A handmade card from YQ and WJ! :D
Awwwwwwwh <3 <3
From my expressions above (photos) you could tell, how was I feeling, at that time.

:)

BEFORE WE OFFICIALLY STEPPED OUT OF THE DOOR OF KLCC,
we snapped trillions of photos.

We simply can't resist!

:P

Simple (I-dare-you-to-poke-me) top from F.O.S

-Hugged EVERYONE.

Thank YOU, Yuqing and Wei Jan for all the plans and hardworks JUSSST
to make me happy. :) :)

-Reached hostel safely at 10.55pm. :)
-Replying birthday wishes all over the social-networking-websites.
-Last birthday song from a close friend! :)

12.00am sharp.
Hello, 11 February.

:)

13 February
It was Jeesin's birthday! :D
Her roommate, (Kelly) planned to have a birthday suprise for her at their own room! :D
SO I WAS PART OF THE PLANNER,
I was in charge of dragging her to my room, trying my very best to distract her from going up to her room.
xD

When the time was up, I phone called Kelly to tell her that we were ready to go up!
Ahaha.
Approaching her door, she opened. (dark, without light)
Kelly-and-the-other-planners
POPPED OUT and sang
HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :D

When they sang the third line :

Happy BIRTHDAY to Jeesinandpeikhim. (Wait, ME??)
:O
I was like. (omg, what are you guys doing??)
:O
continues : Happy birthday to youuuuuuu.

:O
They passed  Jeesin a gift and passed me a plastic of..
of.. gift too.
:O
Inside my plastic,
there is a birthday card and a pair of earphone.
<3
Earphone is purple in colour. (Awwwh thank you, Kelly!) <3

Was suprised that all these people did this behind my back.
Gahhh I am..
touched. :')

Meanwhile,
19 February
Sherene Ng (my senior) bought me
