typing..... Hello Bello ladies and gentlemen! Apology for the lack of updates these days because August is HERE. *epic whatsapp gobsmack face*

Day 2 of Aug was well spent with high school buddies at our usual hangout spot, @Midvalley. Yes, we've always been there like foreverrrrrr, but we like it. :3 It was a fun meetup because we speak our own (sakai-rojak) language, we imitate and joke with our own style, we walk hand in hand, shoulder by shoulder, we laughed out loud and we're never running out of stories to tell. HAHAHA (Gossip girls :P)
It was quite hard to meet up as we're busy with our own stuff (paticularly me, LOL sorry sorry), own outings with different friends, and family vacations.
Neway, our dear ex-head girl of the school is leaving to YEEENDIAAAA very very soon :'[ All of us are going to miss her hair, her braced-teeth, her face, her PALM and her..... notgoingtorevealhere.
Hehe, of course her outgoing and cheerful personality will all be missed!

Dear Red Car, you know who you are!

I know it's funny how my mum still calls you that since 2000, (that's how she recognised my friend btw, haha) may you do your very best at yindiaa, I'm not sure whether you'll read this post but HEYY RED CARRRR :D study smart smart at yindiaaa kay? No matter how ulu you told me that place is, "parkson" is better than nothing ok? :P Do take care of yourself, safety numba one BRO! opps, SISTA! *fist bump*
:)

Future HR manager, future civil engineer, future English teacher, future accountant, future dentist. :)
.....

The day after that was another tiring day of walking with my mum. It was fruitful, nonetheless since she got herself a luggage bag from BIG Aeon @Midvalley after attending a workshop with me at my future uni.
She was satisfied, by looking at her face haha.
In my opinion, the whole workshop was satisfying as I'd rate it 3 upon 5. I am amazed by the facilities, labs where we will carry out practical after some theory learning and also the PBL (Problem Based Learning) session. :) Something new from the ordinary learning style.
As we were hell SHY at first in that small discussion room during the PBL session, (god knows what was happening to me for being so shy and quiet which is so unlike me :/ ) some of them managed to break the 'ice' between everyone in the classroom. Pooh!

Maybe... maybe I was stunned by the (future to be) medical students sitting in front, beside me, with their medical terms, medical thoughts, medical point of view, vast knowledge about the so developing, crazy, yet amazing medical world..

The word 'unbelievable' stucked in my head.

Maybeistillcannotacceptthefactthatiamactuallygoingtobeapartofthemsoonohwhatthehellpk.

Anyhoo, maybe that was part of the reason I was so quiet, only nodding in that session. Because I was unconfident towards self, towards my understanding as well as the knowledge that I'm supposed to know. Wake up, pk. THIS is reality. In spite of how many times you're going to say 'it's unbelievable' , you're going to accept and LOVE IT. Really really hope that my life changing decision was accurate and wise. *exhales

Ooooh! I wish the library was bigger :P Like tarc's awesome library. Hehehe nahh just ranting!
Y'know I was quite enthralled by the fact that I'm entering a medical university soon, HOWEVER there are some unlikeable facts which grow a dislike feeling in my heart, mind and brain towards it. Good god whyyyyyyy *facepalm*

To become a professional healthcare specialist, it ain't easy as throwing a stone. New life is awaiting my arrival, since I have one month and twenty seven days more to enjoy, utilise it to the maximum, dear self!!!! #yolo

Day Three : Well spent with pk mama @future uni and pk jiejie @mamak stall :D

......
(Updated)

Day Four was fabulous. A road trip to 4 states - 3 districts in approximately 12 hours. :b

It was another great day, well spent with my college buddies - talking, gossiping, teasing and laughing. You wanna know how the road trip started? :P

Do check it out the blog post after this which I'll blog in detail. Hehehe

You Are Not Alone ;

Hi, everyone. A pending blogpost has finally arrived!
Am proudly telling you one of my latest updates during the holidays so please read joyfully, not with a grumpy, groggy face yeah? :P
Here's someone whom I would like to introduce.
Put your hands together and say hello to one of my best friends nameeeedd..
...

....

........................

Aha.
Since both of us are having some you may call short breaks from the torturous exams, we planned to meet up, as in just a short meet up to discuss about life and exchange stories of people.
Note : People could be meant anyone, even strangers.

It was just a simple outing, nothing fabulous.
Here are some photos to please your eyes.

Level one, Pavillion, Kuala Lumpur.

Nom nom nom. :3

Was she being shy?

I guess not. Avoiding my camera was what she did. xD

Foodwise was alright. The cosy restaurant with beautiful love songs as the background made us feel really comfortable, chillaxing for hours. :)
We were then heading to elsewhere for some walk after hours of sitting just to burn off the calories.

As the long needle of the clock pointed four and the short needle pointed one, we immediately rushed to the GSC Cinema located on Level 6, the same building I mentioned above.

It was

THIS MOVIE that we watched.
Rating 4.5/5.0

"Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?"

Suprised to see such high rating from me? Don't be. Maybe it's because I have not watched movie with such genres (action, thriller, adventure) for some time. So if I were to compare THIS with The Avengers, THIS movie definitely deserves some attention and a nod. Sorry, superheroes.

Speaking of The Avengers, I'll blog about that soon - all in one Movies-review-post! Wait for it.

To sum THIS movie, it's all about the evil queen conquered the kingdom, who wished to kill Snow White just to extract the beauty within her by giving her a poison apple to eat in which the prince finally cured the curse by planting a simple kiss and things like that? You-and-me know the storyline but every movie modified the original plot, hence THIS movie is not excluded.

Perhaps you will not like the modification but I did not merely give a high rank based on that.
It was rather the characters in it that made me thrilled, afraid yet excited at the same time. Here's a point to take note at, I am not refering to the good-looking actors.

In all honesty, Charlize Theron is undeniably a good actress. Her role as the wicked-stepmother-or-the-evil-Queen-Ravenna caught my admiration. She played it so well that I really got scared by her devillish smile as well as the killing stares. After did some research online, she is just thirty-six, for god's sake!

Not only that , I love the suspense, the fashion (refer to Queen Ravenna's) and the sound effects. Though it was ended with joy and victory, like what we expected, but overall it's a pretty good movie well to me, at least. :P

Then, we did the brisk walking the mall and snapped a photo with the Mickey Mouse-Disney sort-of-like-exhibition / sales entrance located at the Centre Court before we officially go back home.

The shirts are pretty you know, but the price tag hung on them thoughtfully telling me to put it back nicely and leave.
How sad!
..

Upon waiting for the arrival of the train, my friend was asked by me to act naturally, as though as I am invisible.
Here are some emotional photos that I snapped ;

Looking at the railway road so intensely. I wonder what was she thinking at that time.

You look tired, deary. You look very very tired. Did life treat you that badly?

Mental note : All these photos were edited with effects.

Anyhoo, this friend of mine has been one of the nice people I've met on Earth. Six years of friendship between me and here is inseparable. :)

Hi Wan Ying, if you're reading this.
I've stalked your latest blog from the first blogpost until the newest. What I read was totally different from the you that I've known back in high school. The Wan Ying who was full of confidence and faith in herself, where has she gone to?

Of every post I read, I never miss a single word, I swear! I re-read the written articles of yours again and again for countless times. I can see that you're out of the mood quite often too. :(
What happened, what happened?
I know, I understand that STPM ain't easy, it is tougher than anybody could have thought!
Yet, you must stay strong, remain the determination in your head and tell this to yourself :
I CAN DO THIS.

Yes, honey. Tell THAT to yourself, to your reflection every single day.

I don't want you to lose yourself. I know you can do it.

You are saying that you're lazy? Come on, I'm a victim too. But do not allow procrastination or the so called "laziness" to take over your life. You must constantly remind yourself about your aim as well as goals in life.
In the world of education, nothing is ever easy as we grow older.
You might think that I don't understand how you actually feel but I do, I really really do.

The feeling of working so hard yet you get all dissapointment and failure at the end is nothing but SUCK.
I knew all that.
No matter what, you must not give up to focus on what you're doing. Take the mistakes as the lesson to improve yourself. You're a smart person, do not prove me wrong on that, girl.

And,
do not take the friendship case for granted. Screw whoever that makes you upset. You're surrounded with people, a circle of friends (perhaps some are only the true ones) and you cannot blame yourself for the cause of disconnection from your friends or whatsoever. Like I've said,

"Friendship isn't about who came first and who you have known the longest, it's about who came and never left." :)
Cheer up, deary. You are not alone.

Right here right now, I want you to collect back all your lost confidence. Feel yourself, believe yourself!
I want the Lee Wan Ying that I knew -back in pieces. Do not let the depression to remove the certainty within you. Do not stress yourself to the point that you can't keep calm and breathe relaxingly.
Do not give space to fear. Have courages and fight with it!

Do not cry, for I'll be there, listening to you. Remember what I've said about phonecalling when you're depressed or tensed up? I don't mind being your listener like serious seriously.
My phone number is always there, and it's up to you to dial/text. :)

This was supposed to be a private message but I don't think you'll remember if you first-read all these. I know you'll be reading my diary and all, just to catch up my updates about my life.
Hence, I'm typing all this to let you read, to remind you by my blogpost link incase you forget one day, and to let you know that you're far more better than I would have expected. :)
You're a really nice person.

Last but not least,
do your very best in everything you do and enjoy life, best friend. :)

Smile like this everyday, it improves mood and you'll feel happier. :)

Love you lots,

xx

25 November 2011

Take Me Out Gameshow ;

is already on air for three weeks already. If YOU have not watch it, BOO YOU. (I have not either) Heh. Boo me.

Aha.

As promised, Imma blog about this gameshow, particularly because I! we (the TARC students) were there to be the cheerleaders. Joke. Audience, I mean.
Teehee.
We were so honoured to be invited to the KRU studio, located at Cyberjaya to become the AUDIENCE. I repeat, NOT anybody but AUDIENCE. HEHEHE. (I sound excited, do I?)

We were told to wait at Canteen 2 foyer at 10.30am? Ha! Guess what? We waited.waited.waited.waited.waited and left college at 1pm -__- which means what?
We waited for the time to pass or shall I say we did nothing for 3 hours straight like duhhhhhh.

K. Skip the frustration part.
Everybody (A-level students especially) got very hyped up once they were in the bus. (lol). Snacks were distributed, random games were being played and I believed, the diploma students who were sitting in front were very suprised by the noises that we made behind. xD xD

Once reached, we were served with simple lunch to satisfy our little tummy. It was already 2.30pm, so everybody rushed to take their seats in the studio. :B

We were being trained to be the "proper" and "supportive" audience.
As the producer announced "Applause in 5. 4. 3. 2. 1", we must know what to do and stuffs like that.
Being the audience ain't as easy as any of us thought. It was tiring, as sometimes we cheered, or clapped for nothing. Nonetheless, what we gained was experience so I guess it's alrighttttttttt :)

... .. .....
Hereby, I proudly presents, the hosts of the show are.. .. .. .. *drum rolls*

 Naz !!

and..

The blurness of the photo > :(

Here's some brief description of the show from their Facebook page :)

UK's most talked about show that fulfills your heart's desire has finally made its way to our shores – but with a little twist from Cupid. Get ready for the Malaysian invasion of Take Me Out - a daring, sassy and electrifyingly funny show, where first impressions really count.

The host will set up a group of single ladies and men from across the country in the hope of finding their true match.

Each week, four brave bachelors will have to impress the panel of thirty beautiful ladies to try and bag themselves the perfect date. But if the ladies don’t like what they see, then the brave hearts face a black out and a trip back home alone.

The first male contestant was E [sorry, no picture of him and I had forgotten his name so I shall name the contestants as alphabets, alright? :) ]. He was a rather cute guy honestly speaking. Too bad, many girls voted him off.

Among all,  left this pretty girl who hasn't give up on him yet :)

Notes to be taken : Red lights means "Dude, you are REJECTED." Blue lights means "Hey, we still have chance to hook up yo" ;)

So, E chose Felicia at last due to the similarity in their personalities. They make a very cute couple together, TBH :) :)
Felicia was indeed very happy and would want to try her luck dating with this cheeky guy!

K NEXT.
Second male contestant (no photo of him) named A, was being rejected by all the 30 female contestants STRRRAIGHT without sympathy, (lol)

His first impression did not make the girls happy, that's why. What a bad luck, huh.

He ended up going back alone as we (the audience) sang "All by myself" by Celine Dion and both of our hand were raised to wave goodbye, obviously telling him that "It's okay to be alone. IT'S OKAY DUDE" lol haha.

We had our short break after that. Some went to the washroom, some people (like ME) toured around the studio for some nice photographs :)

As the short break has ended, the show continued with this third male contestant named.. .. S.
He was the oldest among all the male contestants, but heck, don't you judge him by his age. He actually has a lot of abilities and inner talents that was beyond our imagination. First, he looks strong, he sounds matured, he has muscles, he teaches martial arts. What's more?
He knows how to play an Indian traditional musical instrument called Sita. Now, tell me. Aren't the girls interested with this guy?

No, not at all. Most of the girls did not give him a chance. So the answer was a big fat NO.

(background music : All By Myself)

Another very short break was given by the producer of the show. No escaping to the toilet this time. It was already 6 o'clock, a very late timing, which we supposed to be on the bus, on our way back to college not still sitting there being the audience. gahh

To break the tension within us, Naz made some silly jokes, telling funny stories, grooving like there's nobody's business. (obviously to entertain us)

Aha. Never fail to make us laugh :)

Another note to be taken : Mini was singing and dancing to the music! xD

MOVING ON, the fourth contestant named Z was the best, well-liked by almost ALL the female contestants.

Julie said, "Heads up people. The next guy is a HOT stuff!" *winks

Even after the self-introduction video, all the lights were still in BLUE! :O :O

Without waiting, Julie rushed to ask the girls about their opinion about this particular "HOT" guy ;D

A closer look of Z. :)

Talent time!
Needless to say, the girls were enjoying and were very impressed!

After so many steps of first impression, self-introduction via video, talent time and so so on, the guy was finally given the chance to choose to date a girl among all the girls who still put their blue lights on.
Things were getting really excited as the ratio of blue lights over red lights was 5: 1.
He was clueless and felt bad for turning the blue lights off for the girls he wasn't interested of. MINI (wanted to date the guy so badly) didn't get the chance either.
Haha.
Tough time choosing, bro!

At LAST! He chose this girl, over so many blue lights on, HE CHOSE THIS GIRL because she looks mysterious and he wants to know her more!
Lol k.

The show ended and GUESS WHAT WE'RE GOING BACK HOME! *wild cheers
Just to sum the show up, we gave our best cheers, sending the hosts back to the so called "LIFT" and shouted TAKE ME OUT MALAYSIA  at the top of our lungs.

Just before we left, we were served with fried rice (it was SPICY) as our dinner.

SO after all the babbles that I've written here, don't forget to catch up this show on every FRIDAY at 8.30 pm at NTV7 (Your feel good channel)! hehe.

It's a show you mustn't miss and please call/text/tweet me if you happened to see my face appear on TV :X

That's all for now. K.Bye.

xx
