What An Experience ;

It happened very quickly ; just like a dream to me.

I'll tell you what happened two weeks ago, on a Friday night, within 15 minutes at the LRT station and also in the train, involving four random strangers and me.

Aunty/me

Where are you travelling to?
Kajang. And what about you, aunty?
Ooh I was travelling to Johor and Malacca before this and now am going back to Cheras. So are you a student at IMU?
Yep /with that sheepish smile/

In the train.. I was sitting beside that lady I just spoken to, and three students from APU (Asia Pacific Uni) came along and sat opposite us.

Aunty/Me/John/William/Yi Shin

/being friendly/ *talked to the APU students*

/smile and laugh along/
/being friendly, lean forward/ Are you studying at IMU?
Yes :D /soft grins/

How's it like to study at IMU? What do you think of the fees?
/lol at heart/ To me, for my course, it's reasonable. As in for other course, it might be pricey..

Oh wow, I heard my friends said that the fees could reach half a million RINGGIT MALAYSIA! Isn't it?
Err not exactly, not all course cost half a million. Maybe certain courses do, (eg : twinning programmes) / medic programmes..
/nods and smiles/ Y'know we always talk about IMU in our uni.. Hahaha

Really??
Yeah, we always talk about IMU, wonder how is it like to study there, the fees and all.

Haha I see, which university are you guys from?
Us? APU University, it's at Bukit Jalil
That's cool. :D
Do you mind if I ask you a very weird question??
/gulp/ Sure, what is it?

Are you a Korean???
/LOL/ Hahaha what? I heard that a lot from my friends seriously.. which part of my face look like a Korean?
Well y'know when I look at her (Yi Shin), she's a Chinese, but when I look at you, you...are a Korean!
/laughs/

Haha, anyway no. I'm not from Korea, I'm a local Chinese :D And where are you from? You and you?
South America, Uganda (if I'm not mistaken), and I'm local.
I see :D Nice to meet you all! Where are you all heading to?
Oh we're heading to church at Pudu :)

Do you guys used to the lifestyle here?
Yes we do! Mamak, nasi lemak, everything-lah!
Hahaha, have you guys been to Penang or Malacca? :D
I forgot what they answered...

Y'know things here are like.. they add six hundred POUNDS of sugar in a drink

Yeah you need to tell them KURANG MANISSS
Oh yeah we do, always tell them 'KURANG MANISS' but..

The drink is still very sweet right?
/laughs/
(train was getting near to BTS station)

Hey, I'm leaving in another stop /ready to stand up/ it was nice talking to you all
Oh, we always hang out in front of IMU, having Char Siew Pau for dinner so do come and find us anytime ;)
Sure thing, thank you very much, bye guys! *waves

.............

It was warm, and nice to have talked to them eventhough they were like strangers to me just 15 minutes before the conversation started. I haven't got the chance to bump into them again (whether coincidentally or not) so far. Hope I can meet them at the 'Char Siew Pau' stall soon! :)

When John was asking me that question again and I was like... hmmmph, honestly speaking, how do Koreans look like? lol *google searches
