Sleep,

According to Longman Dictionary of mine, SLEEP is defined as, REST [your mind and body by being asleep]. While wikipedia says that SLEEP is a natural state of bodily rest observed in humans and other animals.
It is a good activity which relax our mind , and release tension where we got from daily lives.
Of course, sleep can let u dream [ that never ends] !
What time do u sleep everyday? How long u sleep daily?
We , as a teenager should at LEAST sleep 9-10 hours  [i agree!] haha.
Nowadays, im soooo lack of sleep. [due to the online-tv addiction without complete homeworks]
grr. thank god i still dont have eyebag YET.
I slept 4 hours in the noon just now, wake up in result [asking if i were late to sch]. saw my door opened and i look puzzled.
god knows, i checked the clock and it was 8.30! omg. [i was late to school !]
but i looked at the sky. it was dark. i knocked my head and yeah i finally realised that it was night. not morning.
Haish. SEE! too much tension la tuu! hahahha. it happened several times dy. hope it won't happen anymore!
That's why i said u must get enough sleep!
Actually, it is a very true fact. Once, i didn't get enough sleep.
The next day, i was having headache [drink less water] and at that time, i got fever. so, i learnt my lesson! Open-mouthed

i seriously dont believe that if u hug your books and sleep, u'll get excellent result.
That's is so NOT logic. *chill la, try and relax and sleep peacefully*  [maybe he loves book too much kot.]

SO, if u feel like sleeping, go ahead! don't wait anymore! a good-nice sleep ensure you a better health! :)

I don't need to teach you how to sleep right? well, just close your eyes!
