I spent half of my
day went through Star papers that i ordered since January.
Guess what, i
found an article which is quite COMMON but well it’s points are quite
unique.
Everyone undergoes stress, right right RIGHT?
For many of us,
there is NEVER enough time. who agreee? *me raise up both hands* :D
There are
so much things to do. Study,homework,tv, online,etc. aiyo, STRESSnyeeeee!
At
this article, it mention on how to beat stress. yeah. the headline is “12 WAYS
TO BEAT STRESS”
Bui i just picked some i like. :D
First
off,
My additional measures :D
* Sleeep ! [oh, not only release tension,
but also relaxing the brain! ]
* Eat [ don’t eat overload. try to treat
yourself a nice one. an ice-cream will do ]
* Shout [i believe this is a nice
step. ]
* Stare at the sky [wow. i tried this. yeah, my brain was very calm
looking at it ]
Of course, you have your own ways to overcome stress
too. who knows your ways are way moreee intresting?

- KEEP TOYS ON YOUR DESK [woww. does it
really works?]
the article state that for certain people, keeping them on the
desk reduce anxiety. hmmmm
Secondly, - WRITE IT DOWN [ goddd. stress where got
the sweet time to write it down?]
details:By putting your thought
down on paper or a computer, you can transfer your emotions from your mind to
something more tangible. After you are done with the writing, you can crumble it
and throw away.
Upnext, - EXERCISE [ oh, if me, i would be SO
lazy]
Fourth-ly, - BREATHE DEEPLY [this is so true :D try
practice inhale exhale when u stress! to me, it works !]
Last but
not least, - DRINK ORANGE JUICE [heh ? such way?
