You'll excel, sweetheart.

To the owner of the blog, "Plucking daisies", heads up. This is a blogpost, specially typed for you. Better read all these typed words before you officially leave home tomorrow.

So here goes :

You're finally going, to a place far far away from home, from me, from friends, from everyone else. Do you know how sad it is that we won't probably get to meet up as often as we have especially during our semester breaks? Do you know how unwilling I am to wave goodbye, probably shed some tears til' the next time we meet each other again?

On top of everything else, this is definitely a good news to you, to me and to everyone who knows you. You are going to venture a brand new world with a new you. A new life is coming after you, how could you just stop, right? Move on, move on, move on! That's all you need to do. To think wisely, Kelantan isn't that far you see. Due to the advanced technology today, we can still keep in touch via phone, e-mail (if you still remember we did start this years back :P ), facebook, twitter, blog, no? Internet is already there, we can hardly lost contact in this borderless world, we know.

Being the one who is very advanced in studies than me, your degree studies is about to start soon. It's definitely gonna be suffering, maybe killing. Whatever that comes to you, enjoy the process nevertheless?
That's how you're going to improve and learn. I know, I know. You worry, about most things.
Being away from lovely home, family, is not an easy thing. Being independent in a new place, getting used to the environment, weather and mostly food.. .. but I know, you'll adapt with the lifestyle there soon. The Chao Tse Wei that I have known for years never prove me wrong on that.

I am still impressed by how motivational and positive you can be, no matter in personal problems, life or in studies. I am not quite sure whether you're still lazy (like how you were in highschool). But your grades in studies prove to me that you weren't and I know you're constantly working hard, to strive for the best for your self, as well as for own future. There you go. You made it, finally! A great course is awaiting, though tough, I am confident that you'll make me and everyone proud. I know you will.
You're always my role model and I really wish, that I could be like you, someday. :)

Hereby, I'm praying extremely hard that you'll do well in every assignments, research projects and examinations that you're going to face in the near future. Five years of studies is not going to be short, so I am certainly expecting you to go there alone, and come back hand in hand with someone. *winks

Here's an old sentence repeating ;
Do NOT hesitate to call/text/to have heart-to-heart conversation with me if you have any problems, emotional rants, doubtful thoughts, happy moments and I don't freaking care, you must tell me when you have finally found that someone, one fine day. :)
Gees.
May you achieve and go higher and higher in life! Keep me updated, for I shall see you graduate happily as the official Medic. student 5 years later.

You'll be fine, I'm sure.
Quote your blog, "Be on the right track".

Here's my long-zebra-hugs-for-you. *huuuuuugs

Love you uncountable-lots! ♥

Sincerely;
The owner of Life's a bitter-sweet.

  1. To SC (Plucking Daisies) - Going far from home shouldn't be an unhappy thing; think of it as God opening new doors for you, letting you meet new people, letting you grab new opportunities. As you don't really have much travelling experience yet, take this as a first! Be friendly to people there, make friends, make your hometown proud. Don't ever forget your roots, that's what I'd say.

    Am not a local in KL too btw, but yeah, I took it as a new opportunity to meet friends and the culture here, and I've never regretted. Don't worry about homesickness - it's actually better for us; that phone call back to Mom and Dad will become tonnes more valuable and treasured than ever; every trip back to our hometown for festive seasons will be a happy (and hopeful) trip. Phone back every night / day to speak to your loved ones, tell them what happened in your day, etc. and it'l be fine soon, trust me :).
